Prizes totaling $40,000 will be awarded to top performing Syracuse University students across categories through the RvD Fund.
The award is for graduate applicants who exemplify the iSchool's core values of excellence, discovery and innovation, integrity, diversity and inclusion, and global citizenship and engagement.
Yu expects to use the Microsoft fund to further her research on identifying exaggeration in health claims.
