The School of Information Studies (iSchool) is planning two events during Syracuse University in D.C.’s Career Days in June. Career Days is a three-day career services offering especially for Syracuse University students, parents, and alumni.

Both iSchool events will take place at Greenberg House, Syracuse’s home in Washington, D.C.

Tech Jobs in the Public Sector – Alumni Panel Discussion
Tuesday, June 20 ­– 11:45 AM – 1:00 PM 

Alumni panelists working in or with the public sector will share their understanding of the intersection of policies and procedures inside the Beltway and take a closer look at the technology that makes the DC heartbeat pulse.

Led by alumnus Cameron Dixon, panelists will include Cortland Bradford, Jon Lee, Jessica Wilkerson, and Devon Williams. 

Meet the Dean: Breakfast with iSchool Dean Elizabeth Liddy
Thursday, June 22 – 8:00 – 9:30 AM

Interested in enhancing your skill set for today’s competitive job market? Dean Liz Liddy will introduce the iSchool’s two new graduate degrees in Applied Data Science and Enterprise Data Systems.

In addition to the two iSchool events, there will also be an all-alumni reception at the Hotel Monaco on Wednesday, June 21 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
