School of Information Studies (iSchool) senior lacrosse player Riley Donahue has been named to the 2018 Tewaaraton Award Watch List.

The Tewaaraton Award is presented annually to the top male and female collegiate lacrosse player in the nation. The field will be narrowed down to 25 men’s and women’s nominees on April 26. Ten finalists (five women and five men) will be announced in early May and invited to the Tewaaraton Award Ceremony in Washington D.C. on May 31.

This is her second straight appearance on the watch list. Donahue earned second-team Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association All-America honors last season after leading her team in scoring (68 points), goals (42) and assists (26). She also posted career highs in assists, ground balls (29) and draw controls (17).

Joining Donahue on the watch list are two other Syracuse Orange lacrosse players, junior Nicole Levy, a Child and Family Studies major in Falk College, and junior Natalie Wallon, a Public Relations major at the Newhouse School.
