The School of Information Studies (iSchool) Graduate Student Organization (ISGO) is holding a book drive to benefit the Hive Colab in Kampala, Uganda.
As a global collaborator and information advocate, the iSchool has teamed up with the Hive Colab to grow the worldwide impact of the field of information science.
The Hive Colab is an innovation space and incubator that fosters the development of young entrepreneurs, developers, designers and investors for the tech community of Uganda. You can read more about Hive and their initiatives here: http://hivecolab.org.
ISGO has organized a book drive to help the Hive Colab create a resource library and book club.
The book drive begins on Monday, November 26th, and runs through Friday, December 14th. Drop-off locations for books are in two places in Hinds Hall, 114 and the Staff Lounge on the second floor.
