Army Officer Earns Doctorate, Studies Haitian Americans’ Financial Literacy

Dr. Rebecca Williams G’20, G’24 is a deputy director and data systems engineering officer in the U.S. Army. While earning her doctorate, she studied the effects of sociocultural barriers on Haitian Americans’ financial literacy.
