Important note regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
In the wake of Syracuse University moving to online instruction after March 13, we understand that many iSchool students have questions and concerns about how they will successfully complete their semesters.
Our student services staff will be working remotely full-time and will be reachable via email, phone, Microsoft Teams, and other conferencing tools to make sure that the academic needs of all students - graduate and undergraduate - are met.
We strongly encourage that all students keep an eye on their syr.edu email inbox. All important communications and updates will be sent to your syr.edu email.

To make sure that students are prepared to register for classes, there will be a large group advising session on Friday, April 3. Information about this session will be sent to students via email.
Student Services at the graduate level will remain available to staff and students via email and any processes (registration, submission of forms, grade changes, etc.) can be accomplished remotely via email or MySlice.
- Students should email email@example.com with questions, concerns, and requests.
- Advising staff will be available for individual appointments via Microsoft Teams if needed.
