Reginald “Reggie” Acloque is an Executive Director at GE Power, responsible for deploying commercial software and analytics products for power generating customers, as part of GE’s industrial internet initiative. Reggie leads a global software professional services organization, chartered to deliver customer outcomes, by architecting, implementing and bridging information and operational technology, as part of a new digital business model. Prior this role, Reggie co-developed a new software business model by identifying market opportunities through discovery session with US power generation customers.
Reggie has held several leadership or director level positions at GE Power, leading strategic initiatives that span multiple functions, including product management, engineering, field services, sales, marketing, risk and finance. Reggie led the delivery of a digital program to drive customer discovery, mine competitive information, and build market intelligence, enabling $400m in new orders for one of GE’s flagship product. As an IT Director, Reggie launched key business solutions, including product lifecycle management, case management, and remote monitoring & diagnostics platforms for the services engineering team, and also managed systems & operations for a globally distributed field services organization.
Reggie holds a bachelor’s degree in information management and technology from Syracuse University’s School of Information Studies, and holds a master’s degree from Kennesaw State University. Reggie is a member of Syracuse University’s Regional Council, and also serves as an advisory board member on Georgia State University’s Computer Information Systems Department, and as an advisory board member for a technology start-up, WhoKnows.
Reggie resides with his wife, Demetria, and two daughters- Elle and Emery, in Atlanta, Georgia.
