Joe Trino is formerly the Chairman and CEO of SynQuest Inc. During his time there the company grew from a startup to a multi-million dollar leader in Supply Chain Management, software, and a successful IPO on Nasdaq.
Previously Trino held executive management positions in a number of companies including Dun & Bradstreet Software where he held the position of President of the Manufacturing Software Division. He later went on to work with the Private Equity firm Warburg Pincus which led to the formation of SynQuest.
Following the sale of SynQuest, Trino continued to work as an advisor with Warburg Pincus portfolio companies as well as others directing strategic decisions and guiding merger and acquisition activities. Trino not only serves on the iSchool Board but the Syracuse University Atlanta Regional Council as well. He is also on the Board's of predictive analytics company Predikto and the Rising Seniors Foundation.
He received a BS degree from Syracuse University and began his career at Xerox Corporation.
