A new semester means it’s time to hire new bloggers for Information Space!

iSchool students, this is an opportunity for you!

About Information Space

  • We’ve been publishing posts by mostly students, but also by faculty, staff, alumni and friends on topics in the Information field, year-round, since September 2011.
  • We’ve had student bloggers hired into full-time positions and internships, based (at least in part) on their work on Information Space.
  • Information Space had more than 1 million page views in 2013 and 2014.
  • Some of our most popular posts have had upwards of 120,000 page views each.

Middle age woman working on her blogOur content varies from the Internet of Things to Snapchat, and Maker Spaces to Startups.

Every blogger has their own niche and we encourage experimentation around topics that intersect with what we teach here at the iSchool – information technology, information policy, library science, and information systems.

If a great breadth of potential topics combined with the chance to have your voice heard by a growing audience is appealing, please consider becoming an Information Space blogger.
