Costs & Financial Aid
We want to make our top-ranked programs an option for every qualified student. That’s why we offer a range of scholarship and financial aid options for undergraduate and graduate students.
Undergraduate Students
The cost of attendance is an estimate that includes tuition, housing, meals, and fees. Last year, around 76% of Syracuse University undergraduate students received some form of financial support totaling $395 million, with nearly $282 million of that being awarded by Syracuse in the form of grants and scholarships.
All undergraduate applicants are automatically considered for merit-based scholarships.
Graduate Students
The cost of attendance is an estimate of what it will cost a student to attend graduate school. The iSchool offers several merit-based scholarships and fellowships for graduate students to help cover the cost of tuition. Some programs even provide stipends for books and housing. We encourage all students to apply for awards and scholarships. There are also awards available at the University level.
