Innovation and information technology for the public sector.
If you’re a mid-career manager or work in government leadership, then our Certificate of Advanced Study in e-Government program is designed specifically with you in mind.
Offered by both the iSchool and the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs, this program will equip you with the knowledge and skills to lead the development and implementation of innovative information technologies in government.
This certificate focuses on the management of IT and its applications in public systems, as well as the technical aspects of e-government design in public organizations. That includes elective courses across network security, database management, and public budgeting and administration.
The C.A.S. in e-Government is open to all candidates with an undergraduate degree in any field, plus seven or more years of responsible professional and managerial experience.
You’re already on your way.
While you can take the C.A.S. in e-Government as a standalone program, you can also use those credits toward a master’s degree at the iSchool. That means you can pursue more in-depth study and graduate with a high marketable skill set without taking extra classes.
