Mission:
Founded in 1996 by Jeff Rubin, Syracuse, NY based Internet Consulting Services (ICS) has spent the past nine years providing clients with innovative technological solutions for their web needs. Since its founding, ICS has pioneered technologies in web design, content management systems, e-commerce solutions, and many other areas. With nearly a decade of experience and hundreds of satisfied clients, we are confident that we can provide you with a solution to fit your needs.
ICS focuses its development efforts on Web based content management solutions and has a client list that includes the National Science Foundation, Lucent Technologies, Ericsson, Sony Music, and National Geographic. ICS has a permanent staff of approximately a dozen developers who possess a variety of expertises such as database management, information security management, web-based user interface design, online survey design, graphics design, and e-commerce business transaction management.

CNLP’s mission is to advance the development of human-like language understanding software capabilities for government, commercial, and consumer applications. Current projects are exploring the connotative meaning of text, and investigating the dynamics of free/libre open source software development teams.
