2010 Application Deadlines

Students may take up to 6 credits before matriculation into a degree program or admission into a certificate program, while awaiting application completion.

*Applications for CAS will be accepted beyond these dates on space available basis.
** Master’s Applicants that submit by this deadline will be considered for scholarships and awards. Master’s applications are accepted beyond these dates on a space available basis until June 1st.

Criteria to select appropriate term: All distance-based (online) Master’s students (exception Ex IM) are required to attend their gateway courses during our summer residency program. Students enrolling in our campus-based master’s program are encouraged to start in the fall. Students have the option to take up to two courses prior to enrolling in an academic program as a non-matriculated student.

Notification of Decisions

For Master's Degree applications

Notification of admission to the master's programs (campus and distance) is on a rolling basis. Notification of any awards or scholarships will begin in early March


For Certificate of Advanced Studies applications

A decision will be made once the completed application is received by the School of Information Studies. Notification will be made within two weeks of that time.
