- 2. I am using AOL and I cannot see any videos
- Make sure you are using Internet Explorer and not AOL’s built in browser. To use Internet Explorer go to
your Start Menu --> Run --> and then type: iexplore
- If that doesn’t work just make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player (currently version 11).

- 3. I am using a Mac - what do I have to do to listen/watch?
- Microsoft no longer supports the Windows Media Player for Macs... However, they teamed up with a software
solution (Flip4Mac) that allows you to stream windows media files from QuickTime player...
Here is what you need to do:
- Download Flip 4 Mac for free by going to:
http://www.flip4mac.com/download.htm
- You can learn more about the solution at: http://www.flip4mac.com
- After installng Flip 4 Mac be sure you are using the Safari Web Browser (not firefox or Internet Explorer).
- If you are having problems with Flip 4 Mac looping, please do the following:
- Under the Apple icon, go to System Preferences and click on Filp4Mac WMV.
- Click on the Movie tab.
- Make sure the box that says Create Streaming Movies is NOT selected.
