Our faculty, staff, and students will be participating at several events, active in the exhibit hall, and look forward to meeting alumni and friends.

Award Presentation

iSchool associate professor of practice, and former ALA president Barbara Stripling will be honored with the ALA’s Joseph W. Lippincott Award. This annual award is sponsored by Joseph W. Lippincott, III and presented by the ALA for distinguished service to the profession of
librarianship as demonstrated by outstanding participation in professional library associations, notable published professional writing, or other significant activities on behalf of the profession.

Watch Barbara receive the award at the ALA’s Award Ceremony on Monday, June 25 at 3:00 p.m. during the President’s Program, held in the Convention Center, W375, ABC/Skyline.
