Syracuse University and the iSchool have a special place in my life and both will always be the factor for my success. My decision to attend Syracuse University, especially the iSchool, has proven to be the best decision I have made in my life. The learning environment, vast opportunities and challenges, and the staff and faculty certainly helped make the journey enjoyable.

 

Only few weeks into my first semester at the iSchool I knew that I would learn so much and that this opportunity would shape the success of my career. The learning environment was such that I was intellectually challenged on a regular basis, yet the rewards were always greater than the challenges. Upon completion of my first semester, I was inspired to return to the iSchool and successfully complete my Master's degree in the Information Management field.

 

Within the Information Management program there are vast opportunities to gain valuable skills and knowledge in the technological as well as the managerial field. The IM program at the iSchool helped me develop numerous technical and managerial skills which prepared me for the job market, and I was able to come out of the program feeling confident to solve diverse technological issues.  

 

The time spent at Syracuse University was certainly worthwhile and I would do it all over again in an instant. I have very much enjoyed myself at the iSchool, and I have met a lot of friends from around the globe who share similar perspectives about the school and its values.
