My name is Josh Frost and I have truly enjoyed my time at the iSchool known simply as IST in the Sci-Tech building when I first started. I came from Highland Park, IL out to Syracuse knowing little more about the school than what my mother had told me from her glory days when she went to Syracuse University. During my college search I looked at schools across the country trying to find an information technology program that was not stuck inside a business school nor an engineering school. I still remember hearing a presentation from then Dean Raymond Von Dran talking about everything I was looking for…all in one school. My intuition was correct because I have since thoroughly loved being a part of the iSchool family

I have chosen a career with Major League Baseball Advanced Media, L.P. working as a Marketing Producer. In my senior year I really explored my passion for web development with great classes from Jeff Rubin and Chris Kirkegaard. I was lucky enough to time those classes with an internship at Internet Consulting Services, Inc. where I worked in their Sales/Marketing department. I gained invaluable experience there which directly led to my marketability to MLBAM and allowed me to sharpen not only my technical skills, but also my marketing skills by working with clients and the Sales Director.
