M.S. in Information Management ‘04

I completed my B.S. in Business at Upper Iowa University, Fayette, Iowa. I am a graduate of the Army Management Staff College as well as a National Defense University graduate of the Advanced Management Program and I received CIO Certification. In May 2004 I completed my MS in Information Management through the School of Information distance learning program. Strategic Planning in an Information Organization was my favorite course since it was closely aligned to my daily operations and I could focus on new methodologies. Also, the professor Yannis Pollalis had a tremendous amount of practical, hands-on experience to share with the class and made the assignments challenging.

I currently work for the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) and am the Chief of the Network Service Center for the Southwest (SW) Region CIO in San Antonio, Texas at Fort Sam Houston. I oversee the SW Region for Network Integration and Synchronization, Information Assurance, and Network Operations.
