Course Fees

The following fee schedule is for graduate and undergraduate students in all programs in the School of Information Studies and in the New Media degree program in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. These fees enable the school to acquire and maintain the latest technology necessary for its programs. This fee is charged each semester according to the following schedule:

Undergraduate Students

2 credit hours or less = $75
4-11credit hours = $125
12 credit hours or more = $175
Non-school Majors = $50 per course

RJ Sherman, iSchool information management graduate student and 2010 Engagement Fellow is the CTO/CFO Brand-Yourself.com, a student startup featured on Mashable.com and located in the Syracuse Student Sandbox. Sherman founded the company with fellow SU students Pete Kistler, Evan Watson and Patrick Ambron. The company was recently awarded $275,000 in venture capital and was a finalist in NY’s Creative Core’s $200,000 Emerging Business Competition.
